ISAG will be organizing a trip to Paris from May 2nd to May 4th.
The trip will be 3 days and two nights.
In order to plan this trip well, we will need some information about you.
We do not want situations like in the past.
We want to be able to know how many people and who will get on the bus from what home.
We want to be able to email or phone you when you have booked too late or overbooking occurred in order to refund you.
We want to be able to email or phone you when you don't show up on the final day, because if we can't contact you, unless you are near death in the hospital (or similar good excuse) we will leave you behind and not refund you.
We want your student number because if anything happens to you on one of our trips, the university will medically insure you.
This is how we think things are done professionally so that is how we want to implement them too.
